According to a source close to Rhianna's bou Matt Kemp tells E! News "it was a last minute change of plans" due to Rhi-Rhi's work schedule.
Rhianna then explains to Extra that "The album is coming out in two weeks, and I had to be available for a lot of approvals. We couldn't get any phone service or Internet service over there. I was crushed, was really looking forward to it, but she understood. I was glad I could throw her a bachelorette party."
All I have to say is no bff of mine will miss my wedding no matter what the circumstances are. Maybe it's time for Ms. Perry to reevaluate her friends.
