Singer Faith Evans has filed for divorce from her husband Capitol Records executive Todd Russaw. The couple was married in 1998 and have two kids together.
Evan's filed for divorce in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. In the divorce documents Faith says the couple have been separated since 2005 only problem with that the couple had a child in 2007.
Faith is asking for joint legal and sole physical custody. She also wants her soon to be husband to have visitation rights but wants the judge to deny any claim of spousal support.
Faith started dating Todd Russaw during the time that she was separated from Biggie. Faith and Todd were arrested around January 2004 and charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana and a tag violation in Atlanta, Georgia. The couple made a deal that sentenced them to a 13 week drug treatment program to stop any more prosecution of the case.
Todd Russaw is also Faith's manager.
