The Hangover II gets hit with a lawsuit by the artist who inked Mike Tyson's face and may not be released this weekend.
S. Victor Whitmill, the artist who designed and tattooed Tyson's face in 2003, filed a lawsuit in April at the federal court in St. Louis, claiming that Warner Brothers, the company producing the film, had violated his copyright and did not get permission nor. did they pay him for using his design.
The dispute is being handled today in federal court. We hope everything gets settled so there won't be any delays in in the movie coming out this Friday May 27th.
