As I'm surfing through twitter I came across a page labeled @S_C_ I proceed and click on the page and the name on the account is Mr. Carter. Could it be Jay? Some how it's still not registering to me that Jay even has time for twitter. I mean the account is verified, it has Jay's new book Decoded as it's default image, and so far he has 789 thousand + followers, so maybe it is him! My guest is most likely he has someone tweeting for him.
Anyways... Twitter is a good way for Jay-Z to promote his new book Decoded and most importantly a great way for him to stay connected with his fans.
